Health & Safety
GSA is requiring the following health and safety measures. In-person meeting attendees
must:
- Upload proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to the meeting;
- receive a negative COVID test prior to traveling to the meeting (an upload of a negative
test will not be required);
- complete a daily health screening each morning during the meeting; and
- wear a mask while indoors at the meeting.
To ensure a healthy, safe, and comfortable event, we require that only those vaccinated against COVID-19
attend the in-person meeting. Masks will be required indoors at the meeting.
GSA is going off CDC guidelines for what fully vaccinated means: Fully vaccinated means a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines per the CDC website.
In order to help alert positive, asymptomatic carriers that it is not safe for them to travel, we also
request that those planning to attend the meeting in person receive a negative COVID test prior to
departure from your point of origin. Please get your test on a time frame that works best for you in
accordance with the testing availability/result turnaround times in your area. The aim is for you to
receive your results before you travel to help protect the health and safety of all meeting attendees.
Additionally, in-person attendees will be directed to complete a daily health screening to confirm that
they are feeling well each morning prior to entering the meeting venue. Also, prior to arrival,
in-person attendees will be required to upload proof of vaccination. Please see the information below.
To help promote the health and safety of GSA attendees, Bruker is happy to provide hand sanitizers for
the meeting.
