Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase.
- Orders are fulfilled from two warehouse locations:
- Boulder, Colorado, USA
- Missoula, Montana, USA
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or special promotions.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
GSA offers multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
- Delivery estimates do include the 2 business day fulfillment period.
- Orders placed after 10 AM (MT) will be processed the following 2 business day period.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping: Occasionally available for specific promotions (see store announcements for details).
- International Orders: Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking & Order Status
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
- If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact GSA Customer Service.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- GSA does not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight shipping.
- Some items, such as hazardous materials or oversized products, may have shipping restrictions.
- International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- GSA is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
- If an order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact gsaservice@geosociety.org for assistance.
- If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).
