Prepared in honor of C. Wroe Wolfe, this volume contains papers written by his former graduate students, colleagues, and friends. About half the papers are major syntheses of broad geologic regions and phenomena in New England; the others are original contributions on the geology of New England. Papers are presented in two parts: the first seven papers treat the geology of eastern Massachusetts, and the second six papers cover the geology of northern New England.
