Join us to explore the fundamental lead (Pb) geochemistry (crystal chemistry, paragenesis, thermodynamics), human health impacts of Pb, approaches to study Pb (Pb isotopes, X-ray techniques, bioaccessibility/bioavailability assays, community engagement), and remediation of lead in the environment. We will also cover a variety of modern and legacy sources of Pb to the environment in detail. There will be participation tracks appropriate for both professional researchers and Pb-interested non-scientists to learn more about Pb, develop fundable ideas and build their network. We invite researchers, students, regulators, industry professionals, members of lead-impacted communities, and those working to reduce Pb exposure.
