This field-based short course will provide an opportunity for professional geologic mappers from diverse backgrounds and terranes to share and exchange data-collection techniques such as outcrop characterization, structural observation, lithologic description, and data-recording methods, including digital field tools.
This one-day field course will visit a variety of diverse outcrops in the Denver area. Discussion and open exchange will be encouraged. Open to all experience levels.
Lunch, snacks, water, and ground transportation are included.
